Shipping policy

Our cosmetics, skincare, and beauty accessories are made
on demand. The products are formulated and packaged within a few
days of your order. Allow up to a week for orders to be dispatched
with the shipping carrier you selected at checkout. Shipping times
differ between each shipping method shown at checkout
and the country to which the products are shipped.
You can expect orders in Canada to take up to 10 days to arrive, up
to 7 days for the United States, and up to three weeks for
International orders. A tracking number will always be provided for
orders, and we recommend referring to your delivery confirmation
email to track your order and estimated delivery date.

 

An order may be put on hold if the shipping is incorrect or your design doesn't meet our minimum quality standards. Don't Bee Ugly Cosmetics will only communicate through email when an order requires your attention.
